There may come a time you feel the need to delete you data from our system. As a user, you have the ability to delete your data from TipTap. The steps for account and data deletion are listed below:

Steps to Delete your data from TipTap:

1. Open the mobile application.

2. Click on your profile tab.

3. Click the three dots settings menu in the upper right. 

4. Click delete account.

The data that will be deleted includes but is not limited to all of the temporary files that the app created, as well as any user data that was stored in the app. Data enters an “expired” state when the account is voluntarily closed. Expired account data will be retained for 60 days. After this period, TipTap will delete the data.
